Shopped till I dropped and Monday Made It!

How perfect was yesterday's sale? I know it was GREAT timing for me! My wishlist was rapidly growing, and the sale was just what I needed to have an excuse to purchase it all :) I'm linking up with...Three great linkys to show some of what I bought! :)

I am so excited about these babys! I have been checking them out for a while :) They are printing as we speak and I can't wait to use them during my Daily 5 and literature circles!
This is way too perfect to kick off my Famous American's project! My kiddos were so excited today when we started going through these activities and they got to use some of the activities during Daily 5 :)
Both great quick check/fast finisher activities to add to my classroom! Can't wait to laminate them and get started using them.
I've been trying to figure out how to teach this standard to my fourthies, and they LOVE Percy Jackson. This unit is just PERFECT to teach it. Thanks Nicole :)

These are just a few! What'd you buy? Link up and share!

And now on to one of my FAV linky parties... Monday Made it with Tara from Fourth Grade Frolics!!

My first two are at home Made-Its!

I got seriously depressed when I had to take down my super cute, homemade Christmas wreath. So of course, I had to do something to replace it! So I headed off to Hobby Lobby and this is what I ended up with...
And I turned all of this into...
It totally looks more cute on the front door! I love it :) Gotta love Hobby Lobby!
Now the next one was something I thought might be an interesting discussion argument between hubs and I. I wanted a black wall in our room. Yes, BLACK. To make it more interesting, I wanted a black wall with gold glitter! A little extreme? I say, you can never have too much glitter :) What do ya know, hubby agreed!! And so we painted! Here's what we did, and a close up of the glitter.

Just look at all that glitter! Hubs was SO happy to mix in 4x the amount of glitter it called for. (Told ya I like glitter!!)

It's hard to tell in the picture, but it is SO glittery!! It looks like a night sky.. I {LOVE} IT! Bonus, hubby does too :)

My last made it is for the classroom! We have been working on prefixes and suffixes, and I needed a lot of materials to reinforce this in my classroom. So I created this 78 page unit to teach prefixes and suffixes. There are SO many prefixes and suffixes covered in this pack. Here's a preview:
In this unit are: A matching game with over 55 different prefixes, and the same for suffixes, A recording sheet for both matching games,  Classroom Prefix and Suffix posters, Roll a Word word work activity, I have Who has games for both Suffixes and Prefixes, and a prefix/suffix quiz. Head on over to my TPT to pick up your own copy!

Thanks for stopping in :) The first person to leave some love will get my prefix/suffix pack for free!! Just leave your email in your comment! My TPT store will still be 20% off until tonight, so head on over if you forgot any items!
